Note: While installing the 5ire Wallet extension, it is necessary to select the required folder, for the browser of your choice. For example, if you’re installing it on Google Chrome, upload the whole Chrome folder.

Step 1: Create a wallet. Once the extension is installed, click on it to open.

Step 2: Click the Create a new wallet button to start creating your 5ire Wallet using the 5ire Wallet extension. Give your wallet a name and click on Create.

Then, Click on Continue on the next screen to proceed with the creation process.

Step 3: The 5ire Wallet browser extension will generate a 12-word Mnemonic phrase, consisting of randomly selected words, which you need to write down in the precise order displayed on your screen. This mnemonic phrase creates a key that grants access to your wallet when entered correctly.

You will also receive 5ireChain Native and EVM chain addresses that share a common mnemonic phrase and private key for accessing the wallet. This phrase must be kept safe and confidential as it is needed to recover your wallet if you lose access to your account.

It is critical to keep your 12-word backup phrase secure and confidential as anyone who has access to it can access the funds in your wallet.

Step 4: Create a password. In the next step, you will be prompted to choose a password. The password must be at least 8 characters in length. It is recommended to choose a password that is unique and not used for any other accounts, making it as secure as possible by combining symbols, numbers, and a mix of upper and lower case letters.
